ERA 6 Issues and Solution
With reference to the ERA 6 Installation and use by the centers:
Following are the ERA 6 related issues reported by the centers and solution details:
Issue 1: ERA 6 getting slow and Executescalar requires open and available connection issue comes after accessing ERA 6. (screenshot attached)
Solution : Issue can be resolved by installing the ERA 6 Performance Fix 1 from following link :
· Restart the machine before installing this exe.
· This performance fix is valid until the proper ERA System Update is released.
Issue 2: Internet Explorer getting closed after 15 mins for Extenda setup.
Solution : Check the recorded team viewer session. Wherein similar issue is been resolved. Teamviewer should be running while opening .tvs file. And download the flash utilities require to resolve the issue.
